MCos CRM Terms of Service

Effective date: September 7, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of MCos CRM, a business CRM platform operated by MCos. By creating an account, connecting a Meta asset, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.

2. The service

MCos CRM helps businesses collect, organize, assign, and follow up on leads and customer information. Features may include Meta lead-form connections, sales-team workspaces, assignments, activities, reports, and read-only CRM access through approved connectors.

3. Accounts and authorization

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and ensuring that each person using your workspace has appropriate permission. When you connect Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another service, you confirm that you have authority to grant MCos the selected access and that the connection complies with that service’s terms.

4. Customer data

New public-signup workspaces receive a 30-day trial starting after email verification, with an owner and up to two staff accounts. No card or automatic charge is required. At expiry, workspace data remains available read-only until upgrade or deletion. Existing client agreements are unchanged. Paid upgrades are arranged separately with the workspace owner.

You retain ownership of the business, lead, and customer data you submit or connect to MCos. You instruct MCos to process that data to provide the service. You are responsible for having the notices, consents, permissions, and lawful basis required to collect and use lead data, and for honoring requests from your customers and leads.

5. Meta integrations

Meta integrations are controlled by the customer’s authorization and by Meta’s availability, policies, and technical limits. MCos may stop receiving data if a Page is disconnected, access is revoked, a token expires, a form is removed, or Meta changes its requirements. Customers must not use MCos to collect or process data in a way that violates Meta’s policies.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use MCos to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, send unauthorized or deceptive communications, upload malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or access data belonging to another business or user.

7. Security and availability

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no service is completely secure or uninterrupted. You should maintain your own appropriate backups and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

8. Third-party services

MCos may rely on third-party infrastructure and integrations, including 2COHOST for hosting services. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability. MCos is not responsible for outages or changes controlled by a third party.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or respond to a security risk. You may stop using MCos at any time and request deletion of your data through our Data Deletion page.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to support@mcos.io.
